摘要
目的本研究旨在探讨0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液(阿法根)在不同亮度条件下对正常人瞳孔大小的影响。方法24名志愿者的右眼给与0.2%阿法根滴眼液1滴,在给药前及给药后30 m in、4 h和6 h分别以红外线瞳孔测量仪在不同亮度条件下测定瞳孔的大小。结果在亮条件下(150 cd/m2)及暗条件下(0.2 cd/m2),相对于给药前的瞳孔平均直径,给药后30 m in、4 h和6 h后的瞳孔平均直径均明显减小,以上数值分别为:(4.7±0.5)mm、(3.6±0.4)mm、(3.7±0.5)mm和(3.8±0.6)mm(P<0.05);(6.1±0.6)mm、(4.3±0.3)mm、(4.0±0.6)mm和(4.7±0.52)mm(P<0.05)。结论0.2%阿法根对正常人瞳孔有着显著的缩瞳作用,符合α2-肾上腺素能受体激动后反馈抑制肾上腺素释放的药理学作用。
Objective As a α2-adrenergic agitation,brimonidine has be used to reduce intraocular pressure,but its effect on pupil size is still controversy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of 0. 2% brimonidine tartrate drop on pupil size in Chinese under different light backgrounds. Methods The size of pupil was measured in 24 eyes of 24 volunteers under seotopie and photopie backgrounds using infred-pupillarymetry before and 30 minutes, 4 and 6 hours after brimonidine tartrate drops was administered topically. Results Under photopie （ 150 cd/m^2 ） conditions, the mean diameter of pupil was 4.71 mm ± 0. 54 mm before the use of drop and 3.62 mm ± 0.45 mm ,3.70 mm ± 0. 53 mm and 3.86 mm ± 0.62 mm（ P 〈 0.05 versus before use of drop） at 30 minutes,4 and 6 hours after use of drug. The mean diameter of the pupil before given brimonidine was 6. 12 mm ±0. 65 mm,4. 36 mm ±0. 34 mm,4.02 mm ±0. 56 mm and 4.71 mm ±0. 52 mm （P 〈0. 05 versus before） before and at various time points after application of drops, respectively under scotopie （ 0. 2 ed/m^2 ） condition. No statistically significant difference was seen in size of pupil at various times after administration of drops regardless of seotopie and photopie backgrounds. Conclusion Brimonidine tartrate drops could cause significant miosis of pupil in Chinese at least for 6 hours probably due to its α-2 gonist effect. This result might he helpful to postoperative patients with large pupil-associated night-vision difficulties.
