摘要
根据转炉生产过程中不同冶炼时期的特点,在冷态模型实验过程中充分考虑热态生产的实际情况,提出用水模拟“钢液”、“钢-渣”和“钢-渣-气”乳化熔体,探索实际生产过程中转炉内不同冶炼时期熔池的搅拌混匀特性、喷溅及熔体对炉壁的冲刷作用。得出当冶炼进入氧化脱碳期(“钢-渣-气”乳化状态),熔体对炉壁的冲刷最严重,也是最容易发生喷溅和溢流的时期,而该时期底吹供气强度或顶枪枪位等对熔池搅拌混匀作用的影响没有冶炼初期(“钢液”或“钢+渣”)强,所得实验结果与实际生产情况基本一致。
According to the different smelting time characteristic for converter, and the actual production process in cold model experiment, water is used to simulate "molten steel", "steel-slag" and "steel-slag-gas" emulsification fused. The mixing uniformity character of converter bath for diffent smelting times, splash and erosion action of fused body on wall are studied. The results shows that erosion action of fused body on wall is serious, splash or overfall is easily generative too, but the mixing uniformity action of supplied gas intensity in bottom, top gun position and so on are not stronger. The experiment results are consistent with that of actual production process.
