摘要
通过与30t转炉几何相似比为1∶10的水模实验,研究了炉衬不同部位溅渣量的分布以及氧枪高度、留渣量和气体压力对溅渣量的影响,确定了各参数的最隹值。将水模实验得到的溅渣工艺参数应用到实际生产后,炉龄由1600炉提高到19000炉以上。
Through the experiments on 1∶10 water model of 30 t LD converters, the density distribution of splashed slag at different position as well as the influence of lance position, slag volume and gas pressure on the density of splashed slag were investigated. The optimum parameters were determined. The average campaign of converters has been increased from 1 600 heats to 19 000 heats with adoption of optimized slag splashing process.
