摘要
推导寿命符合二参数威布尔分布时小子样可靠寿命零故障试验设计方法的理论公式,并给出置信度为95%时的相应寿命试验设计系数表。采用文中公式还可构造任意置信度时的相应系数表。采用文中方法,可确定给定寿命可靠度及试件数时所需的试验时间,或给定寿命可靠度及试验时间时所需的试件数。综合考虑试验件及寿命试验成本,进而可对寿命试验进行成本优化设计。
The theoretical formulas of the design method were deduced for experimental assessment of reliable life by small ,samples with the two-parameter Weibull distribution. And coefficient tables were given for experiment design of reliable life with the confident degree being 95 % and the ones eoulA be obtained with the confident degree being any percentage, ff needed by the formulae given. For the given reliability of life and the specimen number, desired test time can be determined. And for the given reliability of life and the test time, desired specimen number can be determined. Considering the costs of specimens and experiments, a cost optimal for a reliable life test can be designed.
