摘要
教学质量是学校赖以生存与发展的基础,教学质量监控体系是对教学质量的有力保障,而院系级监控体系则是实施全程监控的落脚点。从组织、制度、评价、反馈体系四个方面对教学质量监控体系的构建进行了探讨,并结合工作实际介绍了实施的情况及效果。
Teaching quality is the base on which college can live and develop, and the surveillance system of teaching quality is the forceful quarantee for teaching quality. And most of all, the surveillance system in department level is the key for carrying out full-time surveillance. This article probe into the construction of surveillance system in teaching quality from four sides such as organization, regulation,estimation and feedback system, and introduce the carrying and effect binding with fact of the work.
