摘要
针对配电网网架规划问题,提出了一种改进的混合粒子群算法,引入与以往的进化粒子群混合算法不同的动态邻域间极值粒子的交叉操作,提高了算法的收敛速度;提出一种“尽量满足辐射状约束”的方法,有效地解决了离散变量的处理和辐射网判断之间的矛盾。算例计算表明,该算法收敛速度快,具有很好的全局搜索能力,是可行且有效的,对于推广PSO在电力系统中的应用具有积极的意义。
An improved hybrid particle swarm optimization (PSO) for distribution network planning is proposed. The crossover operator among extremums of dynamic neighborhood is proposed. It is different from the generic evolution-PSO hybrid algorithm. Another method caUed 'trying its best to meet the radial restriction' is suggested to solve the contradiction between the discrete variables processing and estimation of radial network. Numerical simulation results demonstrate that the improved hybrid PSO method is effective.
