摘要
为探讨黑木耳多糖与Zn(Ⅱ)的最佳螯合工艺,研究了黑木耳多糖与Zn(Ⅱ)的质量比、溶液的pH值、Zn(Ⅱ)初始质量浓度、螯合时间等因素对黑木耳多糖螯合性能的影响。通过正交试验,以黑木耳多糖与Zn (Ⅱ)的螯合率为考察指标,优选出最佳螯合工艺:Zn(Ⅱ)的初始质量浓度为3g/L,pH值为4.0,黑木耳多糖与Zn (Ⅱ)的质量比为4:1,螯合6 h。红外光谱研究显示,AAP中的—OH与Zn(Ⅱ)发生了配位作用。
The effects of ratio of Auricularia Polysaccharides (AAP) to Zn ( Ⅱ ), initial concentration of Zn ( Ⅱ ), pH value, and chelate time on the chelate properties of AAP-Zn were studied by orthogonal test aiming to discuss the optimized chelate technology for AAP-Zn. With chelate ratio as the main index, the optimized preparation conditions for AAP-Zn were obtained as the initial concentration of Zn ( Ⅱ ) 3 g/L, pH of Zn( Ⅱ ) solution 4.0, the ratio of AAP to Zn( Ⅱ )4: 1, and chelate time 6 h. The AAP-Zn complex formation was also proved by IR spectrum.
