摘要
体制编制调整后,疗养院规模扩大,功能拓展,任务加重,着眼“保健康、保打赢”需要,盯住难点求突破,解决制约发展的一些现实矛盾,谋求军队疗养院创新。本文从:①着眼使命确立新的目标,用建设一流疗养院的标准牵动发展;②主动适应官兵保健需求,用不断深化服务内涵促进发展;③突出重点学科建设,用特色技术带动发展;④努力打造信息化平台,用现代化手段推动发展;⑤充分发掘资源潜力,用生成新的增长点推进发展。
With the adjust of new military system, the function of sanatorium has enlarged and the task has increased. How to adapt to the tasks of ＂onsuring health, ensuring win＂ and resolve the actual conflicts which limits the development become the main problems of sanatorium. This paper elaborates the countermeasures from five aspects. Firstly, identify target basing on new mission and promote development of sanatorium with first - class standard. Secondly, satisfy the health care requirements of military personnel and promote development of sanatorium with deepening service connotation constantly. Thirdly, emphasize the development of specialized subject and promote development of sanatorium with characteristic techniques. Fourthly, accelerate the construction of informatization and promote development of sanatorium with modem methods. The fifth, exploit potential resources and promote development of sanatorium with creating new dominant techniques.
