军事斗争卫勤准备和可持续发展是军队医院必须面对和研究解决的重大课题。其关键是要把军事斗争卫勤准备融入医院平时的全面建设之中,形成相互牵引、相互促进的良性互动。一是要正确处理“市场”与“战场”的关系;二是要导向注重新军事变革和科技创新的关系;三是要深刻把握平时建设与战时保障的关系;四是要充分认清保健康与保战斗力的关系;五是着力增强战备训练与作风养成的关系。
Health service preparation against war and sustainable development are two major problems requiring utmost attention and involvement of military hospitals. What counts most is to integrate military health service preparation into the overall development of the hospital so as to achieve a favorable complementation between the two and promote each other forward. Firstly, the relationship between 'market' and 'battlefield' must be correctly adjusted; secondly, the relationship between military reform and technical innovation must be emphasized; thirdly, the relationship between peacetime development and wartime guarantee must be fully understood; fourthly, the relationship between the safeguard of health and the support effectiveness of combat must be clearly recognized; and fifthly, the relationship between strengthening of military preparation and that of moral cultivation must be intensified.
