摘要
目的:观察苗药及中药配伍对COPD大鼠模型中TGF-β1水平的拮抗。方法:用熏香烟并复合木瓜蛋白酶雾化吸入法复制大鼠COPD模型,以ELISA法检测BALF中TGF-β1含量,并观察支气管管壁局部病理变化。结果:治疗后支气管管壁纤维组织和平滑肌增生有所改善;模型组BALF中TGF-1β较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.001);苗药加补气活血药组BALF中TGF-1β较其他治疗组均降低(P<0.05)。结论:苗药加补气活血组能降低TGF-β1水平,并且能修复和缓解COPD模型的病理改变。
Objective:To observe Miao Nationality's Herb and Chinese medicine adjust the changes of TGF-β1 level in the COPD rat models. Methods:The COPD rat model was established by exposure to cigarette smoking and inhalation of Papain Coarse-enzyme. The TGF-β1 in the BALF measured by ELISA. Observing the change of pathology of btonchiolar walls partly. Results: The fibrous tissue and smooth muscle in the bronchiolar walls have been inproved to some degree after treatment. The TGF-β1 in the COPD rat model group were higher than those of normal group( P 〈 0.001 ). The TGF-β1 in the Miao Nationality's take a tonic to vital energy and invigorate the circulation of blood group were lower than other treatment of groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions: Miao Nationality's take a tonic to vital energy and invigorate the circulation of blood group can reduce the TGF-β1 level and restore the change of pathology.
