摘要
对高校学生开展创新教育,培养其创新能力,是高校实施素质教育的必然举措。高校开展创新教育是一项系统工程,应从课程设计、模式创新、环境营造、教学改革、管理制度、实践载体、教师队伍等方面入手,完善高校创新教育机制,制定具有激励性的制度,采取灵活多样的措施,促进大学生创新教育的可持续发展。
It is an inevitable measure to implement quality education in colleges and universities to carry out innovative education and cultivate the innovative ability of college students.It is a systematic project for colleges and universities to carry out innovative education,should start from the aspects of curriculum design,model innovation,environment construction,teaching reform,management system,practice carrier and teachers,and constantly improve the system and mechanism of innovative education in colleges and universities,formulate incentive system and adopt flexible and diverse measures,so as to promote the sustainable development of innovative education in college students.
