摘要
环境管理模式虽然能够暂时缓解人与自然生态环境的紧张关系,但是并不能够从根本上解决人类行为对自然生态环境的污染问题,而新兴的生态管理模式则能从根本上解决这一问题。从理论上论证了产业生态学是生态管理范式的理论与实践基础,进而指出了产业生态学的产生与发展是环境管理范式向生态管理范式转换的关键所在。
Environmental management can temporarily alleviate the tense relationship between human and natural ecological environment, but it could not fundamentally solve the pollution problem caused by human behavior. So, a new paradigm should be created. The ecological management paradigm meets this need. This paper proves that industrial ecology theory could be the theoretic and practical foundation of ecological management paradigm. Furthermore, it points out that the development of industrial ecology theory is the key for the transition from environmental management to ecological management.
