摘要
从某自来水处理厂的活性污泥中筛选得到了一株稳定高效的微生物絮凝剂产生菌MBF-33,所产絮凝剂对高岭土悬浮液体系有较好的絮凝作用.通过培养基优化,对高岭土的絮凝率从81.3%提高到95%.实验结果表明:(1)适宜的单一碳源为25g·L-1葡萄糖;(2)复合碳源效果优于单一碳源,适宜的复合碳源为蔗糖5g·L-1,葡萄糖20g·L-1;(3)无机氮不利于该菌生长,适宜的氮源为单一有机氮,为1.5g·L-1蛋白胨;(4)0.2g·L-1的MgSO4有利于菌生长,但不利于絮凝剂产生.
A flocculant - producing strain MBF-33 is isolated. It shows high and stable flocculating activity for Gaoling clay suspension. And its flocculating activity was higher than other three kinds of flocculants such as PAC and so on.. The flocculating activity could achieve 95% under the best conditions. The culture condition was optimized and the affection of salts was studied. The results shows:( 1 )The best single carbon souce is 25 g·L^-1 glucose ; (2) Complex carbon source is better than single carbon source and the best complex carbon source is sucrose 5 g·L^-1 and glucose 20 g·L^-1 ; (3) Inorganic nitrogen could not facilitate growth of the strain,the best nitrogen source is 1.5 g· L^-1 peptone; (4) MgSO4 was able to facilitate the growth of the strain at 0. 2 g·L^-1 , but restrain the production of flocculant.
