摘要
目的 建立测定大青叶中邻氨基苯甲酸和丁香酸含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法 固定相:Lichrosorb C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水-磷酸(18:82:0.3);检测渡长:272nm;流速:0.8mL·min^-1柱温:30℃;进样体积:10μL。结果 邻氨基苯甲酸、丁香酸分别在12.7-127.0和5.10-51.0μg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好;邻氨基苯甲酸的平均回收率为98.7%(RSD=1.0%);丁香酸的平均回收率为99.0%(RSD=1.2%)。结论 该方法灵敏、快速,准确可靠。
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method to determine the contents of anthranilic acid and syringic acid in Folium Isatidis. Methods Chromatography was carried out on a Lichrosorb C18 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) ;mobile phase: acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid( 18 : 82 : 0.3 ) ;flow rate: 0.8 mL· min^-1 ; column temperature:30℃, sample volume:10μL ; and the detection wavelength was 272 nm. Results A good linearity of anthranilic acid was obtained within 12.7- 127μg· mL^-1 and syringic acid was within 5.10 -51.0 μg , mL^-1. The average recoveries of anthranilic acid was 98.7% (RSD - 1.0% ) ; and syringic acid was 99.0% (RSD = 1.2% ), respectively. Conclusion The method is sensitive, rapid, and accurate.
