摘要
在酸性条件下,研究了反应温度、柠檬酸的浓度以及不同有机酸对壳聚糖降解速度的影响。试验表明,随着反应温度的增加,壳聚糖的降解速度增大,但超过70℃时趋于稳定;随柠檬酸浓度的增加,壳聚糖的降解速度也增加,但增加程度减小;草酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸、苹果酸对壳聚糖的降解速度为草酸>柠檬酸>琥珀酸>酒石酸>苹果酸。
In acidic condition, the effects of reactive temperature,reactive concentration and different organic acid on degradation of chitosan were studied. With the reactive temperature increased, the degradation speed of chitosan was increased, but when the temperature was over 70℃, the degradation speed of chitosan was stable. With the concentration of citric acid increased, the degradation speed of chitosan was increased too. The sequence from big to small of different organic acid was oxalic acid, citric acid, amber acid, tartaric acid and malic acid.
