摘要
芹黄素是一种植物黄酮类化合物,具有多种生物学活性和药理作用,尤其在抗肿瘤方面,能抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移,干扰肿瘤细胞的信号转导,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抗氧化等。本文就其抗乳腺癌作用机制的研究进展作一综述。
Apigenin is a compound of plant flavonoid which has multi-biologic activity and pharmacological action, especially in the respect of anti-cancer activity. It can inhibit the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of the cancer cells, interfere with the signal transduction, induce apoptosis and anti-oxidization and so on. In the study we reviewed the progress in studies on anti-breast cancer action mechanism of Apigenin.
