摘要
“农民工”问题是随着我国改革开放而出现的一种新的社会现象。一方面,农民工为城市做出了许多贡献,城市越来越离不开他们的存在;另一方面,农民工却没有享受到与贡献对等的权利,任何时候都被冠以“农民工”的称呼,他们处于城市社会的下层地位,属于社会的弱势群体。文章首先考察了农民工弱势地位的多方面表现,并在此基础上分析了农民工处于弱势地位的诸多因素,最后提出了改变农民工弱势地位的建议和对策。
With the reform and opening of China, there emerges a new social phenomenon- Peasant Workers. On one hand, they have made a lot of contributions to the city, and the city is more and more dependent on them; on the other hand, they have not acquired corresponding fight according to their contributions. They are called ＂peasant workers＂ at any time, are in the position of lower floor of the urban society, and belong to the disadvantageous groups of the society. This text investigates various representations of their disadvantageous status. Based on these, it analyses many reasons that why peasant workers belong to disadvantageous groups of the society. At last, it proposes suggestions and countermeasures to change the disadvantageous status of peasant workers.
