摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会必须发挥政府行政管理的主导作用。和谐社会是以人为本的社会,政府管理要以人为本,人本行政是构建和谐社会的基本行政理念。以人本行政理念为指导,必须选择民主行政模式,民主行政模式是和谐社会的基本行政模式。落实人本理念和民主行政,必须打造公共服务型政府。
Structuring of socialist harmonious society need a leading role of public administration practiced by government. As known to all, harmonious society is a human-based society. In another word, the administration of government is expected to practice the basis of human and in the meantime human-based administration is the essentially administrative ideology for structuring of harmonious society. To hold the guideline of ideology of human-based administration, the mode of democratic administration is needed. And that is to say, the mode of democratic administration is the basic mode of administration for harmonious society. Furthermore, public service government is also needed in putting the human-based ideology as well as democratic administration into effect.
