摘要
近几年,我国内地中小学掀起一股“双语教学”的热潮,然而历史却向我们展现了香港的双语教学未能培养出所期望的双语精英,反而出现了不中不英的“港式”语言这一历史事实,这给内地中小学的双语教学很大的启示。双语教学对师资、学生的英语基础都有较高要求,双语教学企图“母语、英语、学科知识”一网打尽,这是不切实际的,不但费时、费劲,且收效低。
Recently for years, the bilingual teaching is becoming more and more popular in the primary and middle schools in the inland of our country. However, history has shown us that Hong Kong's bilingual teaching can't produce the bilingual talents as expected, on the contrary, the Hong Kong styled language appears. Bilingual teaching has a high demand on the teachers' quality and students' English basis. It is not practical to learn mother tongue, English and school subjects by bilingual teaching. At last, it is pointed out that the primary and middle schools should take a prudent view on the bilingual teaching.
