p63蛋白在前列腺基底细胞表达及意义

Expression of p63 protein and its significance in prostate basic cell by immunohistochemistry.

摘要 目的比较p63与CK34βE12、SMA、PSA在前列腺病变中阳性表达的差异,探讨p63免疫标记前列腺基底细胞的可行性。方法选材共51例,其中前列腺浸润性腺癌21例,前列腺增生症30例。选用p63等4种免疫组化抗体对上述病变进行标记。结果①93%在增生症之前列腺基底细胞p63呈阳性表达,高级别PIN中呈不连续表达;②83%CK34βE12呈阳性表达;③前列腺浸润性腺癌的p63和CK34βE12均阴性;④PSA在所有病例分泌腺上皮中呈阳性表达;⑤SMA对所有病例间质平滑肌及血管平滑肌呈阳性表达。结论通过2组不同病变观察基底细胞的有无是前列腺浸润性腺癌与前列腺增生症的主要鉴别点之一。p63抗体对前列腺基底细胞同CK34βE12一样敏感及特异,在我们的实验中其敏感性还高于CK34βE12。故在鉴别前列腺浸润性癌与增生症时,p63可作为首选抗体之一。 Objective to Compare the different immunohistochemieal expression with the p63 protein CK(3413EI2) ,SMA and PSA in basic cell( BC) of the prostate diseases. Methods 21 eases of invasive prostate Cancer( IPC ) and 30 Cases of prostate hyperplasia ( PH ) were selected and studied the immunohislochemical expression with p63, CK(3413E12), SMA and PSA in the basic ceil of the prostate gland,Results (1)The positive rates of p63 were 93% in BC of prostate hyperplasia;(2)The positive rates of CK(34βE12) were 83% ; (2)The positive rate of PSA were 100% in epithelium of prestate gland of all cases;(3)The positive rate of SMA were 100% in the smooth mush. Conclusion Through the observation with immunohistochemical expression of the BC in the different 2 groups, the existence of BC were the criteria for the different diagnosis between IPC and PH.The p63 is the most specific and sensitive antibody for BC.So,it is first selected antibody for different diagnosis between IPC and PH.
