摘要
目的：探讨高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗乳糜尿的安全性和有效性。方法：对20例乳糜尿患者采用BY-01型高能聚焦超声肿瘤治疗机进行治疗。将患侧肾蒂及输尿管上段分2～3个层面，由深层到浅层进行热辐射，随访观察疗效。结果：20例在治疗过程中未出现任何的并发症；治疗后随访1～5年，除1例效果不明显外，余19例无乳糜尿复发。治疗后6～12个月复查肾图、肾功能、尿液分析等均正常，尿乙醚试验均阴性。结论：高强度聚焦超声治疗乳糜尿是一种安全有效的方法。
Objective：To investigate the reliability and effectiveness after treating chyluria with HIFU. Methods： 20 cases were treated by BY-01 type high-energy focal tumor therapy machine. Then observe the effect after Heat radiation being adopted in the sick lateral kidney pedicle and upper ureter. Results：No complication occurred in the process of treatment with HIFU in the 20 cases. 19 cases did not recur but 1 case was inefficiency after 1-5 years following up. Posttreatment 6-12 months, the renogra, renal function and urinalysis were normal and the urine ethoxyethane trial was negative. Conclusions： It is reliability and effectiveness for treating chyluria with HIFU.
