摘要
生长于西宁地区的野生鸡腿菇可以利用多种碳氮源物质进行培养,其菌丝生长的温度范围较为广泛,最适生长温度为20—25℃左右;pH7时生长较好;菌丝体生长阶段光线对菌丝生长有抑制作用;菌丝生长阶段需要氧;按1mg/100mL的量加入VB1后可以显著促进菌丝的生长和胞外多糖的积累.
Wild Coprinus comatus grown in Xining area can be cultured with a variety of carbon resources and nitrogen resources;its mycelium can grow from 4℃ to 30℃, the suitable temperature appears to be 20~25℃ ;its mycelium grows better when pH value is around 7; Oxygen is needed during the process of mycelium growth while sunlight has negative effect; Mycelium growth could be promoted and the content of extracellular polysaccharide could be increased when VB1 is added into the mediuml00mg/100mL.
