摘要
目的探讨手术室护士专科分组管理的方法与效果。方法将护士划分为5个专科组,设立专科组长,护士相对固定完成专科组手术配合。结果手术室护士的整体素质和管理水平以及手术医生对护士的满意度均得到了提高。结论护士专科分组,相对固定工作时间,充分发挥专科组长作用,引入竞争与激励机制,可有效提高手术室护理质量。
Objective To explore the method and effect of professional nurse team management in operation room. Method The nurses were divided into five professional teams with a director each team, which will cooperate with specific surgeries in a relatively fixed team. Results This practice improved the whole quality of nurses in operation room, promoted the management level and increased doctors' satisfaction to nurses. Conclusion The professional nurse team with relatively fixed work time made full use of the function of team directors,enhanced the mechanism of competition and encouragement, which effectively improved the quality and efficiency of nursing in operation room.
