摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)对临床护理质量的影响。方法将78例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对 照组各39例。对照组患者采用传统的护理方法,观察组患者采用CNP护理方法,即建立精神分裂症患者药物治 疗CNP管理协作组,制订药物治疗CNP图、表。结果观察组患者的住院时间、住院费用显著低于对照组(均P< 0.01);患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者的不良反应例次差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);两组均未 发生差错事故。结论建立完善的CNP,有助于提高临床护理质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of clinical nursing paths (CNP) on the clinical nursing quality. Methods Seventy-eight patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group receiving CNP nursing way and control group subject to traditional nursing care (n=39 cases in each group). A management and implement system of the CNP of drugs treatment for schizophrenias was formed. Charts and tables of CNP nursing ways were made. Results The hospital stay and expense of the patients in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (all P<0.01). The satisfaction of the patients was significantly better in observation group than that in control group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the side effects between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion To form a perfect CNP was beneficial to improve the clinical nursing quality.
