摘要
用5%香草醛-冰醋酸、高氯酸显色,以熊果酸纯品为对照,在波长548nm处用分光光度法测定湘产3种苦丁茶中熊果酸的含量。方法线性范围为20—100μg/5mL,实验回收率为98.96%,RSD=1.67%;精密度、重现性好;对照品和样品溶液在1h内稳定。该方法操作方便、简单,可用于苦丁茶中熊果酸的定量检测。
5% vanillin acetum and perchloric acid as color developer, pure ursolic acid as reference,the content of ursolic acid in three kinds of Ilex Kudingcha C. J. Tseng growed in Hunan province were determined by spectrophotometry at 548nm. The recovery was 98.96% with RSD= 1.67% in the linear range of 20-100μg/5mL. The solution was stable within lh. This method is simple, easy, precise, accurate and can be used in practical determination of ursolic acid in ilex Kudingcha C. J. Tseng.
