摘要
简析了我国目前战略环境影响评价的内涵、原则、工作程序和发展情况;以及战略环评在理论和实践中存在的问题;针对战略环评实施过程中存在的规范化问题,提出一点建议。
This paper introduces the connotations,principle,frame and current development of strategic environmental impact assessment in China, analyses its exiting problems in theories and practices. Thus some advices about its regularity is proposed.
