摘要
在标准实验室环境下,对用两种不同工艺(用热风拉伸和用热水箱拉伸)生产的聚丙烯(PP)单丝的耐磨性能进行了比较。结果表明,用热水箱拉伸的PP单丝伸长变化小,单位线密度磨断次数多,且强度保持率优于用热风拉伸的PP单丝,故用热水箱拉伸的PP单丝具有较好的耐磨性。
A comparative study on wear -resisting property of two Polypropylene(PP) monofilaments stretched in hot water trunk and hot wind was carried out in a laboratory. The results showed that change of breaking elongation of PP monofilament stretched in hot water trunk is lower than that of PP monofilament stretched in hot wind, and its wearing times per unit linear density and rate of remaining strength is larger than that of PP monofilament stretched in hot water trunk. PP monofilament stretched in hot water trunk has a better wear resistance.
