抗菌药控缓释制剂的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 抗菌药制成控缓释制剂可减少服药次数和用药剂量,有利于降低药物的毒副作用,可延长有效浓度维持时间,以便更好地发挥抗菌作用。目前上市的抗菌药控缓释制剂类型和品种日渐增多,有经化学结构改造的长效抗生素,还有非胃肠道给药的乳剂,植入式药弹,缓释片和胶囊,局部药物释放系统,DepoFoam等药物缓释系统,国内外许多医疗领域(如器官移植、五官科、呼吸科、骨科等)均有其研究和应用的报道。文章就抗菌药控缓释制剂的制剂新技术、国内外研究应用概况、在兽医临床上的应用情况以及存在的问题进行了综述。 The controlled-release and sustained-release preparation of antibacterial drug has a lot ot aavantages, for example, it can reduce dosage and times of administration, and may lower toxicity or side effect and can prolong the maintenance time of effective concentration to result in bacteriocidal effect. At present, the variety and type of the prolonged-release preparation increase gradually, including long-acting antibiotics by chemical structure reform, emulsions for the parenteral administration, implantable antibioticbeads, extended-release tablet and capsule, LDDS, DepoFoam, and so on. Its research and applycation were reported in many medical treatment domain, such as, organ transplants, facial feature section, breath section, dentistry, etc. In this article, we summarized the new technology for preparation, internal and international status on research and application, application in veterinary clinic and existed problems of sustained-release and controlled-release preparation.
