摘要
根据21世纪人才需求模式,提出“厚基础,适应面广,创新思维能力强”的人才培养目标,面向科技前沿、面向社会发展、面向经济建设培养专业人才。制定了“1+2+1”的三段式人才培养方案。从建设高起点、开放式的新知识体系入手,通过“主题法教学法”;应用网络技术建立电子教学平台;改革考核方式方法,提升知识水平和创新思维能力等系列改革。在人才培养方面取得实效。
According to demand mode for talents in the 21st century, the goal of training for talents with deep foundation, wide adaptation and better innovative thinking is stated in this paper, in order to train special talents facing to science foreland, society development and economy construction. The training project of 1+ 2+ 1 in three steps is discussed. Using high jumping-off point and open new knowledge system, electron teaching flat is set up base on network technology by teaching method of subject. Through reforming means of examination and upgrading knowledge level and innovation thinking, there have been great effect on training of talents.
