摘要
常规的原油凝点分析是定义凝点为一范围温度,其测试过程复杂,人为因素的影响致使误差较大。新的测试方法是测试悬挂于原油中的挂片在温度下降过程中重量的变化;定义凝点为原油凝固的初始温度,利用测试曲线上的拐点确定原油凝点。新方法操作简单,自动化程度高,人为影响因素小,测试结果准确度高。
Crude oil′s freezing point defined by the routine freezing point analysis is an interval of temperature. The testing process is complicated, with an obvious error influenced by artificial factors. The new method is to test the weight change of a hanging piece in crude oil when the temperature drops down. The freezing point is defined as the point of temperature at which the crude oil begins to solidify. The freezing point of crude oil can be determined by judging the inflexion point of the testing curve. The operation is simple and with high automation, little man-made influence. Results of the test are of high accuracy.
