摘要
从调剖堵水角度出发,针对埕岛油田的地层条件及海上环保要求,按照PI决策理论,研究了适合于埕岛油田的调剖剂及过顶替液的剂型、配方和用量,最终调剖剂优选为冻胶型堵剂中的酚醛树脂冻胶,高粘聚合物溶液为过顶替液。按照堵剂的套圈式封堵、选择性注入和过顶替的原则,对埕北11E-6井等4口水井进行了调剖堵水试验。施工前后的井口压降曲线、指示曲线和吸水剖面均有成功的变化,周围10口受效油井含水均不同程度的降低,这不仅对埕岛油田的控水稳油是有益的探索,而且对其他早期注水开发油田也具有借鉴意义。
Based on the formation condition, the offshore environment protection requirements, and the de cision theory of PI , profile control agents and the type ingredient and dosage of over-displacement liquids were researched. By analysis, phenolic resin gel was chosen as the optimized profile control agent and polymer with high viscosity was selected as the over-displacement fluid. According to the principle of entrapped plugging, selective injection and over-displacement, experiment was made on 11E-6 Well of ChengBei Oilfield. By the con trast of the data before and behind implementation of well head pressure decline curve, index curve and water injection profile, changes were made. This shows that the exploration on the stabilizing oil production and controlling water cut was successful and of great significance for the development of oilfields.
