成都麻羊产乳量及乳的生化遗传特性研究 被引量:5

A study on yield and biochemical genetic properties of Chengdu Ma Goat milk

摘要 采用羔羊在每次哺乳前后体重差法测定成都麻羊的产乳量,以M ilk Scan-1340A/B型全自动综合乳质测定仪和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)等方法,分析成都麻羊乳的生化遗传特性.结果表明,羔羊哺乳期母羊产乳量初产母羊为32.05±1.51 kg,经产母羊为46.15±1.78kg;乳中常规营养成分含量,乳脂58.69±2.71g/L,乳蛋白44.18±2.65g/L,乳糖46.44±3.06g/L,总固形物157.88±2.16g/L;电泳分析显示,乳蛋白组分中酪蛋白占优势(70.04±2.55%);乳上皮粘蛋白MUC I在SDS-PAGE上呈现12种基因型,受B、C、D、E、F和G共6个等位基因的控制,其中,FF为优势基因型,F为优势基因. To mensurate the Chengdu Ma Goat milk yield we get the avoirdupois dispersion of lamb lactation each time. We analyze the biochemical genetic properties of Chengdu Ma Goat milk by the methods of Milk Sean - 134A/B model for complete self- motion integration milk quality menstruation apparatus and PAGE. The results show that during the lamb lactation the milk yield is 32.05 ± 1.51 kg for primiparous ewe, and 46.15 ± 1.78kg for multiparous ewe; routine nutritional components include milk fat 58.69 ± 2.71g/L, milk protein 44.18 ± 2.65g/L, milk lactose 46.44 ± 3.06g/L, total solid 157.88 ± 2.16g/L in milk. Analysis of PAGE shows that casein(70.04 ± 2.55% ) occupies preponderance in milk protein: MUCI presents 12 kinds of genotype on SDS-PAGE and is controlled by B,C,D,E,F,G alleles. Among them, FF is the preponderance genotype and F is the preponderance gene.
