在华外商直接投资进入模式选择的文化解释被引量：43

摘要本文以1990—2000年间投资于江苏省的3452家外资企业为样本,分析了投资国文化、投资国与中国的文化差异对外商直接投资进入模式选择的影响。研究发现:来自控制性权力偏好型和风险喜好型国家的外资偏爱以独资方式进入中国市场;本国文化与中国文化差异越大,外资越有可能采取合资方式来规避跨国经营中的风险;中国吸引外资经验的丰富降低了外资进入后的经营风险,从而促使它们越来越多地采取独资进入模式。
