摘要
研究了三种不同产地红景天抗应激作用。采用常压缺氧、低温以及亚硝酸钠中毒方法,结果三种不同产地红景天实验组在小鼠常压缺氧、低温、亚硝酸钠中毒的存活时间与对照组比较明显延长。因此得出:三种不同产地红景天有明显提高小鼠抗应激作用。
To investigate the anti-stress effect of 3 kinds different habitas Rhodial Sachlinensis, adopted the Hypoxia tolerance test under ordinary pressure, low temperature test and the mice poisoned by NANO2, is studied the comparison of 3 kinds different habitas Rhodial Sachlinensis on the anti-stress of mice. Under above-mentioned stress condition, the living time of experimental groups＇ mice were markedly longer than that of control groups. It is conclused that 3 kinds different habitas Rhodial Sachlinensis could obviously improve the anti-stress effect of mice.
