Corporate Governance Based on Complexity

摘要公司治理作为复杂系统,具有复杂性的众多特征。本文在构建公司治理复杂性一般框架的基础上,分析了公司治理的多层性和多样性问题,并得出了一些初步的结论。 Corporate governance as complex system,is provided with general characteristics of complexity. On the bases of corporate governance framework,this paper discusses the multilayer and multiplicity of corporate governance and educes some conclusions.
