摘要
目的研究五环三萜类化合物对大鼠慢性肾小球肾炎的保护作用。方法48只SD健康大鼠随机分为正常对照组、阿霉素肾病模型组和五环三萜类化合物(破壁灵芝孢子粉的有效活性成分)治疗组,治疗观察6周后24h尿蛋白测定、血生化检测及病理的变化。结果阿霉素肾病模型组24h尿蛋白测定(82.50±3.18)mg/d及血肌酐(44.75±8.06)μmol/L较正常对照组(9.60±0.57)mg/d及(35.25±2.63)μmol/L明显异常,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肾脏病理变化显著;而五环三萜类化合物治疗组24h尿蛋白测定(45.01±3.94)mg/d较模型组(82.50±3.18)mg/d显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肾脏病理变化明显改善。结论应用五环三萜类化合物对大鼠慢性肾病有明显的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the reno-protective efficacy of ganoderan on chronic glomerulonephritis in rats. Methods Forty-eight SD healthy rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, adriamycin-induced nephritic model group, and ganoderan treatment group. After 6 weeks, 24 h urine protein, biochemical results and pathologic examination of kidneys were observed. Resuits In the adriamycin-induced nephritic model group, 24-h urine protein (82.50 ± 3.18) mg/day and serum creatinine (44.75±8.06) μmol/L was significantly increased as compared with control group [ (9.60 ± 0.57) mg/day and (35.25 ± 2.63) μmol/L, respectively, P〈 0.05]. And so did pathologic changes. However, the ganoderan treatment group showed the marked improvements comparing the adriamycininduced nephritic model in the term of 24 h urine protein [(45.01 ± 3.94) mg/day) to (82.50 ± 3.18) mg/day, P〈0.05 ]. Conclusion Ganoderan can significantly protect chronic glomerulonephritis in rats.
