摘要
本文对商会的边界问题作了初步的理论探讨。从商会产品总量及其结构的角度给出了确定商会合理边界的准则,并根据这些准则,推演出商会的合理边界是一个中等规模;对存在大规模商会的现象给予了解释;根据商会的合理边界对我国商会的改革发展提出了建议,认为应该改革现行“一业一会非竞争性原则”的规定,代之以一业多会,通过发展大量中小规模商会来完善我国的商会体系。
In this paper,we discuss the issue about the limits of chamber of commerce. First,we bring forward the norm to confirm the reasonable limits of chamber of commerce. According to the norm ,we think the reasonable limits of chamber of commerce are middling scale. Second,we explain the phenomenon of existing large scale chamber of commerce. Last,we give advance on reforming and developing chamber of commerce in our country.
