摘要
男女平等范畴是对男女平等历史演进过程的反映。男女平等范畴经过漫长的历史演进,其内涵已经关涉到政治、经济、法律、社会(学)、文化、伦理等诸多方面。这为我们多视角透视男女平等范畴的复合内涵提供了可能性。同时,多视角透视男女平等范畴的复合内涵也有其现实的必要性:全面地把握男女平等的理论内涵,有利于全面落实男女平等的基本国策,确立妇女运动的阶段性奋斗目标和长期的奋斗目标。在理解男女平等的内涵时还必须注意以下几点:一是由于男女平等内涵是历史生成的,因此不能用静止的方法把握其内涵。二是不能用机械的、形而上学的方法将男女平等理解为数量上的绝对平均。三是理解男女平等必须建立在保障男女公民基本权利的基础上。四是正确全面地理解男女平等不能无视男女在性别、生理与心理上的差别。与此同时,必须反对性别歧视。
The realm of equality between men and women is the reflection of historical advancement which involves politics,economy,law,sociology,culture,ethics,etc,and provides us the possibility for analyzing the comprehensive connotation of equality between men and women.This analysis is also necessary for the adoption of national policy of equality between men and women and setting up the period and long-term goals of women liberation movement.Meanwhile,attention must be paid to the following points: 1) the connotation of equality between men and women should not be understood in a static way,2)the equality should not understood as the mechanical and absolute equality,3)the understanding of equality should be on the basis of ensuring the basic rights of men and women, and 4) the understanding of equality should not ignore the differences between men and women in sex,physiology and psychology.In addition,sexual discrimination must be avoided.
