摘要
以ANSYS软件为工具,详细介绍了QAY125型起重机伸缩吊臂在三种工况下的有限元分析过程,包括实体建模方案、应力及变形计算结果,并分析了吊臂的局部稳定性,最后得出了有应用价值的结论。
With ANSYS software, finite element analysis for telescopic jib of model QAY125 crane under three work conditions was conducted. Its procedure is expatiated, which includes solid modeling scheme, stress and deformation calculation results. Local stability of the jib is analyzed. Valuable conclusions in application have been obtained.
