摘要
根据电机启动特性,文中运用有限元分析中的子空间迭代法和杜汉梅耳积分对四连杆起重机臂架结构在吊重起升冲击载荷作用下动力学特性进行研究,通过对臂架系统振动模态和吊重突然加速起升引起的冲击动态响应计算,分析臂架系统在各种工况下结构的动力学特性,给出臂架结构设计动载系数φ2的解析表达式和数值解,为该类起重机结构优化设计和动载系数的选取提供理论依据。
According to the start-up nature of motor, subspace iteration method in the finite element analysis and Duhamel integration were used to study the dynamic properties of double lever jib system under the shock loads induced by sudden lifting. Jib vibration modes and responses to above shock loads were calctdated. Dynamic properties under various work conditions were analyzed. Analytical and numerical solutions to dynamic load coefficient ψ2 were obtained. The conclusions provide a reference for optimal design of crane jib structure and the choice of dynamic load coefficient.
