摘要 目的:调查深圳市福田区儿童学习障碍(LD)发生情况及家庭影响因素,为制定有效干预措施提供参考依据。方法:对264名学习障碍儿童的家庭因素进行分析。结果:学习障碍儿童检出率为12.21%,其中男17.08%,女7.39%,比例2.3∶1,性别差异显著(P<0.05);父母亲文化程度及家庭收入越低,儿童LD检出率越高;父亲职业为农民、工人、公职人员以及母亲职业为工人、农民、公职人员、家务其子女LD检出率依次递减,差异有显著性;单亲家庭LD检出率显著高于家庭人口≥3人的家庭。结论:家庭因素对学习障碍的影响不可忽视,创造和改善家庭教育环境,加强对儿童的关心注意,改良教育方式是降低儿童学习障碍的有效措施。 Objective: To investigate the influence family factors on childrenwith learning disabilities, and to ,proyide basis for preventions and intervention. Methods : Analyze the family factor of 264 children with learning disabilities. Results: Pervalence rate of children with learning disabilities averaged 12. 21%, with 17. 08% in boys and 7. 37% in girls. Thereg great difference between boys and girls; The poorer education and lower income, the higher happening of learning disabilities; There's different ratio of learning disabilities between different occupations of parents and between single parent and many members family. Conclusion: The incidence of learning disabilities were greatly affected by family factors. So we should pay much attention to children, and meliorate the family condition, education methods and so on.
