摘要
本文论述了公路建设项目社会评价的特点、主要利益相关者、在不同阶段中的任务,从公路建设项目社会影响分析、项目与所在地区互适性分析、项目社会风险分析三个方面,详细分析公路建设项目与社会、经济、环境、自然的相互作用关系,在此基础上,建立了公路建设项目社会评价指标体系,为公路建设项目社会评价的应用、完善社会评价体系,提高建设项目在国民经济评价技术水平,具有理论和现实意义。
The paper discusses the trait of the road build item society evaluation, the person of the main benefit related, the task in the different step. It analyses form the three aspects in detail road build item, including： the effect analysis of road build item society, the analysis of the mutual adopt between item and the area and analysis of the item society risk. It have the mutual effect with the society, economy, environment and nature. Based on it, built the target system of the road build item society evaluation, perfect the society evaluation system, improve the technology level of the construct item in the nation economy evaluation, it has the theoty and meaning of the realize.
