摘要
介绍了荸荠的营养特性,总结了荸荠果实的民间贮藏、常温贮藏、鲜切保鲜及病虫害等的研究现状及荸荠加工研究现状,对荸荠资源的综合利用研究方向进行了讨论.
The nourish characteristic of water-chestnut was introduced and the actuality of civil storage , and normal temperature storage, fresh-cut storage , plant diseases and insect pest of water-chestnut were summarized, and the processing actuality of water-chestnut was also induced in this article, and the research direction of synthetic using of water-chestnut was also discussed.
