摘要
随着集成电路在全球经济中扮演的角色日益重要,集成电路关键设备已成为集成电路发展过程中的战略焦点。本文通过对目前集成电路设备的国内外市场分析,在提醒相关产业部门注意集成电路设备的重要性之外,更重要的希望认清形势,找好国内集成电路设备发展的突破点,提高本身素质的同时,确定发展战略。逐步缩小同国外的差距,在一定时期内使国内集成电路设备的技术水准有所突破。
As the role of IC is important more and more in the whole world, so IC key equipment have been the focus of strategy during the IC development. This paper put forward the development policy of IC key equipment by analyzing the market disparity between domestic and abroad, In order to reduce the disparity between domestic and abroad step by step and make the breakthrough a reality of domestic IC key equipment manufacture technology.
