摘要 “课例研究”是一种是以教师为导向的教学循环,是提升教师教学专业水平的重要方式。“课例研究”的核心特征在于:长远目标的共享性;课程内容的选择性;学生研究的周密性;课例观察的鲜活性。“课例研究”本质上是一种课堂行动研究,有利于教师改进教学,促进专业发展。 Lesson study, the major form of professional development, is a teacher-led instructional improvement cycle. Lesson study have four central characteristics: A shared long-term goal, Important subject matter, Study of students, Shared observation of live lessons. Lesson study, as a form of school-based teaching research, enable teachers to improve their instruction.
