摘要
企业内部环境是有利于保证企业正常运行并实现企业利润目标的内部条件与内部氛围的总合,它由企业家精神、企业物质基础、企业组织结构、企业文化构成,四者相互联系、相互影响、相互作用,形成一个有机整体。其中,企业家精神是内部环境生发器,物质基础和组织结构构成企业内部硬环境,企业文化是企业内部软环境。企业内部环境的形成是一个从低级到高级、从简单到复杂的演化过程。企业内部环境管理的目标就是为提高企业竞争力,实现企业利润目标营造一个有利的内部条件与内部氛围。
Enterprise internal environment, an integration of internal circumstances and atmosphere, serves as a guarantee that the enterprise can be well operated and achieve its profit goals. It consists of enrepreneurship, enterprise material base, enterprise structure and enterprise culture, which are interrelated and interact on each other. Entrepreneurship is a breeding ground for internal environment. Enterprise material base and enterprise structure is the hard internal environment,while enterprise culture is the soft internal environment. The internal environment of an enterprise normally undergoes the development from a lower, simple stage to a higher, sophisticated stage. And internal environment management aims at forming favorable internal circumstances and atmosphere to make the enterprise more competitive and achieve its profit goals,
