摘要
目的探讨运用关节镜治疗腕管综合征的效果。方法从1999￣2001年用美国SteuenF.Viegas研制的ECTRS系统治疗CTS21例22腕,平均61.3岁。结果该组病例均采用肌电图进行确诊,治疗优良率85.72%。结论关节镜下手术手术简单,时间短,切口小,创伤和瘢痕较小,外形美观,因术后疼痛、无力症状减轻可立即恢复手部活动,出血少,住院时间短。关节镜下手术的适应证主要为特发性病例,对继发性病例则不适用。
[Objective] To explore the effects of surgery under the vision in endoscopes to treat Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. [Methods] We treat with ECTRS system in 21 cases that include 22 wrists of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The average age is 61.3. [Results] This group of cases ＇all adopts the electric picture of skin to make a definite diagnosis. Up to 85.72% has good result. [Conclusions] It has some advantages in adopting ECTRS system to treat the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Such as simple operation, shorter time in operation, small notch, good appearance, light pain and less unable symptom after the surgery. It results in moving hand immediately, little bleed, and can shorten the time staying in hospital. It can make the same result of routine operation.
