摘要
在无土盆栽条件下研究了钾营养对大棚番茄的光合特性与NPK吸收动态的影响。结果表明:番茄叶片的叶绿素含量随施钾量的增加而增加,叶片光合速率、细胞间隙CO2浓度等光合指标均以10.7mmol.L-1钾处理为最好。钾对番茄光合作用的影响除了与钾浓度有关外,还与氮素的水平有密切关系,适当的钾氮比例是提高光合作用的关键。合理的钾营养促进植株对NPK营养元素的吸收,更好地协调植株体内各器官的NPK合理分配,在本试验条件下以19.8mmol.L-1氮,10.7mmol.L-1钾处理产量最高,单株产量达到1.427kg。
Photosynthetic characteristics and active absorption of N, P and K in tomato were systematically studied under soilless condition. The photosynthetic pigments in tomato leaves increased with addition of potassium, while optimum photosynthetic parameters such as photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration were found at medium potassium treatment(10mmol·L^-1). It was also indicated that the effects of potassium on photosynthesis can could be affected by other conditions such as nitrogen level except potassium itself. Proper N-K ratio played an important role on tomato photosynthetic rate. Optimum potassium could promote the absorption of NPK nutrients and harmonize the NPK distribution in tomato. The highest plant yield hit 1.427g in treatment with the combination of 19.8mmol·L^-1 nitrogen and 10.7mmol·L^-1 potassium.
