摘要
教育政策的问题构建错误是其低效的重要原因。要提高教育政策的效益,不能依赖于政策的数量,而要依赖于正确地构建教育政策问题,这是制定正确的教育政策的前提。
The low efficiency can be attributed to the mistakes in constructing the educational policies. To improve the efficiency of educational policies, we can＇ t rely on the quantity of policies, but the correct construction of educational policies, which is the foundation of formulating correct educational policies.
