摘要
通过对大学一、二年级的《学生体质健康标准》测试成绩的比较,探讨不同选项课班之间在《学生体质健康标准》的各项指标增长幅度方面的差异及其产生的原因。发现经过大学二年级一个学年后,不同项目选项课之间在《学生体质健康标准》各项指标的增幅方面也有差异,差异的产生与取决于运动项目特点的选项课教学内容有关。为使每个学生的体质都得到全面发展,应该在保持运动项目特点的基础上根据体育教学的目标确定选项课的教学内容和手段。
Based on the comparative analysis on the test results of the Students' Constitution Health Criterion among the freshmen and sophomore, this paper explored the differences and its reasons growth range of each index in the Students' Constitution Health Criterion among the different elective courses. After one academic year, the rise range of each index in the Students' Constitution Health Criterion was different among different elective courses. The reasons of these differences were due to the characteristics of sports events and the teaching content of elective courses. In order to ensure the comprehensive development of physical fitness of every student, it is essential to select the teaching content and teaching methods based on the teaching purposes and the characteristics of sport events.
